For Ahold's distribution centers Veko exclusively delivers the new LED line lighting, including design, delivery and assembly. In places where line lighting is not possible, we install individual fixtures. All luminaires are equipped with CLO with a DALI driver. After integration with the building management system, fittings can be switched separately. For example, during breaks, the lighting is being dimmed, thus minimizing energy consumption. In order to make the performance as optimal as possible, Veko has imported the light design into the main installer's BIM model.
At Albert Heijn, we would like to do more for the environment. For this reason, we use energy efficient equipment and technology wherever possible. Our choice of Veko’s Constant Light. Output fits in perfectly with this policy. And as a result, we save about 8,000,000 kWh every year.
