What can you expect from Veko? How do we operate and who do you contact? We have set out each individual step. From the personal introduction to the planning, installation and the related services.

Step 1: Project recording

Viewing the project design, collecting all requirements and challanges. Making a first sketch of preliminary design and discuss the option for smart lighting.

Step 2: Testing setup

To offer the best solution for the project we organise a trial installation on location. colour temperature, lumenoutput and luminaire lengths will be tested and approved by the customer.

Step 3: Veko Tune 

Configuration of luminaires in Veko Tune for the ideal and precise lumen output for the project. And format of the definitive quote.

Step 4: Price quote

Making a complete design in DIALux 3D, presentation of quote with installation and installation material, and calculation of operational costs or Total Cost of Ownership calculation. TCO calculation will tell you what your best long-term options are.

Step 5: Assembly plan

Installation plan made in accordance with the information provided following an on-site visit.

Step 6: Project planning

If agreed, a timetable will be drawn up for delivery and installation by Veko.

Step 7: Delivery & installation

Linear lighting is delivered, installed and programmed in full by a certified installation team.

Step 8: Post-discussion

Discussion of process and end result of the project and any modifications or additions.

Step 9: Maintenance & service

Maintenance and guarantee of 5 to 10 years for the linear lighting, the luminaires, the emergency lighting and/or the operating system.
