Haval Plastics B.V. are manufacturers of disposables, such as plastic cutlery and food packaging. In response to growth, the existing production hall had to be expanded. The expansion included a further 2,500 m2 production hall. The new building was completed in just four months. CSR is of vital importance to Haval, and wherever possible the most environmentally friendly solution is selected. This also applies to the LED lighting. On the recommendation of installation engineers Van Lanen, Veko was the company’s deliberate choice, with a PCB board with extra LEDs. The result is a guaranteed long service life for these extremely energy-efficient boards. Both the production hall, the packaging department and the warehouse have been equipped with new lighting. The lighting in the existing premises was tackled at the same time. Haval is now ready to face to future.
As manufacturers of disposables, the reuse of materials and the reduction of waste are of vital importance to us. If savings can be achieved on power consumption, then the necessary steps are taken without delay. In the new-built premises, these aspects were fully taken into account. The LED lighting from Veko is the most efficient on the market in terms of power consumption, guaranteeing us maximum energy savings.
