Beton-Industrie Arts B.V. (BIA) is a leading manufacturer of rocks and blocks. BIA has, for example, developed green wall blocks that allow building managers to create a healthier living environment. The BIA ECO block is yet another example of the environmentally aware approach of the company. In the ultramodern factory, however, the lighting system did not meet its sustainability standards. With the help of installation engineers Van Lanen, the company selected light lines from Veko for the production hall and warehouse, and LED panels for the office spaces. By equipping both the light lines and office lighting with detectors, no lights are left switched on unnecessarily, guaranteeing optimum power savings.
