Parking garage Excellence at Schiphol

When visitors park in the Excellence car park at Schiphol, their journey begins in a very relaxed manner. From the parking garage with 400 extra-wide parking spaces, visitors can walk straight into the Schiphol departure hall. The parking garage was in need of renovation in terms of the electrical installation, including the lighting.

Veko has therefore renovated all three floors of the Excellence parking garage at Schiphol, which totals more than 14,000 m2. That translates to 750 Veko luminaires and 15,000 metres of Veko light lines. After successfully installing a test setup, we started replacing the old fluorescent fixtures with our Richard IP54 luminaire.

The Richard has been specially developed for parking garages. It is impact-resistant and vandalism-proof. We have also integrated a parking guide system to make the parking experience as easy as possible. Our lighting provides comfort. Good lighting also makes visitors feel safe, especially in a parking garage. In addition, our profile lends itself perfectly to integration with other systems (e.g. cameras).
