Warranty

All Veko LED fixtures come with a standard warranty of five years. In many cases, however, it is possible to take advantage of our 10-year warranty on LED luminaires. Please contact us to learn about the possibilities.

The batteries for decentralised emergency lighting are guaranteed for two years. Veko gives a five-year warranty on the MD-O and MD-L motion detectors. All other Veko products (e.g. emergency modules) come with a two-year warranty.

Products not manufactured by Veko are covered by the supplier’s warranty.

If Veko has installed the line lighting, we will check it once between 200 burning hours and one year after delivery and rectify any defects. This service can also be extended to a long-term maintenance plan, so that you can enjoy the line lighting with no worries.
