An enormous black building was erected on the industrial site in Schagen. This ‘black box’ is home to SkagaVenture, an indoor family entertainment centre. Here, you can e-kart, play laser tag, jump in the trampoline park and play in the arcade to your heart’s content. In a space with little daylight, the need for proper lighting is even greater. This is especially the case for activities like go-karting, where good lighting without glare is essential. Thanks to good lighting advice, we succeeded. The Veko linear lighting system spans a total of 511 meters and has 168 luminaires, including emergency lighting. The restaurant has mood lighting, which forms a nice combination with the brightly illuminated ‘active’ areas.
