Haval Plastics B.V. is a manufacturer of disposables (e.g. plastic cutlery, chip forks and food packaging). Due to their growth, it was necessary to expand the existing production hall. The extension consisted of a production hall with a surface area of 2,500 m2. The new building was completed in just four months. For Haval, sustainable entrepreneurship is extremely important. Where possible, the most environmentally friendly solutions were chosen — including the LED linear lighting. On the advice of the Van Lanen installation company and Veko, a conscious choice was made for a PCB board with extra LEDs. This ensures a long lifespan for these extremely energy-efficient boards. The production hall, the packing department and the warehouse were all equipped with the new lighting system. At the same time, the lighting in the existing building was addressed. Haval is thus ready for the future.
