The parking garage in the large Alexandrium shopping centre in Rotterdam received 1.9 km of LED line lighting from Veko. Since then, the sparkling, bright LED lighting has made the garage very pleasant to use — in addition to saving a large amount of energy.

In the old situation, there were separate fluorescent units with yellowed caps. The lights were always on. Because the installer (ENGIE Services West Industrie BV from Rotterdam) opted for Veko LED linear lighting, the lighting is now on precisely where and when it is needed. In the evening and at night, the LED dims, but it immediately switches back on when there is movement. For visitors, the garage is always optimally illuminated, giving them a safe and pleasant feeling.
