Veko provides the LED light lines for Ahold’s distribution centre, including design, delivery and assembly. Where linear lighting is not possible, we install separate luminaires. All lighting is equipped with Constant Light Output (CLO) through a DALI driver, thus optimising lighting performance and energy savings. By integrating with the building management system, luminaires can be switched and dimmed individually (e.g. during breaks) to minimise energy consumption. In order to carry out the project as efficiently as possible, Veko imports the lighting design into the BIM model of the main electrical installer, thereby ensuring a seamless implementation.
